Schedule My Free Inspection

A real inspection, not a sales pitch in disguise

Every free roof inspection is done in person by our trained crew and covers the full system, not just what’s visible from the ground.

1

Drone Imagery

Full aerial pass to catch damage across the entire roof plane, including sections that are unsafe or impractical to walk.

2

Attic Check

We look for ventilation issues, insulation gaps, staining, and daylight coming through the decking.

3

Moisture Readings

Targeted moisture meter checks on flat and low-slope sections, where trapped water does the most hidden damage.

4

Photo Documentation

Close-up photos of anything flagged, so you can see exactly what we saw — not just take our word for it.

5

Written Report

A plain-language summary of condition, remaining lifespan, and recommendations — no jargon, no scare tactics.

6

Financing Options

If repair or replacement is needed, we walk you through available financing before you decide on anything.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Luis Dominguez, CEO of Dream Built, has have him bills for you a kind and VERY considerate contractor for all of my projects.I first hired him for my flat roof. He introduced me to the TPO material on one part. I eventually had him finish the largest part, totaling it.
Luis considers the costs of materials, labor
durability very seriously with his clients before going ahead with the project. His pricing is logocal and fair. He is friendly
throughout the ĺife of the project. A few times I've wanted more communication
from him and he took my requests politely.
Luis is a highly experienced man, a construction inspector for the state and member of professional Constructors groups. Have him build for you. You'll be glad you did.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dream Built did great work for me. They enclosed a patio for me to make a sunroom. I was tired of trying to find a mediocre contractor on Facebook. I met Luis at a home show and he came and gave me a great quote within about a week. What set Dream Built apart, was the willingness to work to my exacting engineering design even when it meant they had to study and practice a detail (without changing the price). Any minor construction issues were always handled immediately before ever becoming a problem. I recommend you try Dream Built for yourself.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dream Built Construction LLC replaced our 20 year old roof with TPO 60 mil and high density fiberboard roof insulation in the Fall of 2025. The owner Luis Dominguez and his crew were efficient, professional, respectful, punctual, and kept us informed every step of the way. The process was done by the book; a signed contract, a permit by the city with inspections before and after the project was done. I can see why two of my next door neighbors used Dream Built Construction. Mr. Dominguez’s 10 year warranty, his attention to detail and honesty gives me peace of mind for years to come. I would highly recommend Luis and his local Santa Fe company for your roofing needs.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A heavy rainfall one Sunday night in the Spring revealed 7 or 8 leaks in 2 rooms of our home. I called a handful of roofers the next morning, but only Luis showed up that day to make repairs. Before he left, he gave me an estimate for a roof replacement and said he would credit the repair job toward the replacement. It was an old roof, so I had been expecting it; and Luis’ estimate was quite reasonable. Another rainfall that night brought minor leaking, and first thing the next morning Luis’ crew was back to find and fix the problem. His service and price led us to give him the job before anyone else had bothered to show up. Luis explained clearly the process and what would be done, and kept us apprised throughout. His crew were friendly and considerate; the roof repair went quickly and was well done. It’s guaranteed for ten years.
In the late summer, the roof of our TuffShed started to leak, and I called Luis a second time—the best kind of recommendation. They showed up on a Saturday morning and quickly installed a metal roof. Again, good and friendly service, someone who delivers what he promises.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. The company has a great solution to make slopes on flat roofs. That would definitely save me bucks for many years ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the inspection really free, with no obligation?

Yes. You receive the full written report regardless of whether you move forward with any repair or replacement work.

How long does an inspection take?

Most inspections are completed the same day. Your full written report, including drone imagery and photo documentation, follows within 2 to 5 days.

Do I need to be home for the inspection?

Not for the roof itself — our crew can complete the exterior and drone assessment without you present. We do ask for access to the attic if that’s part of the scope.

What if you find a problem — am I obligated to hire you?

No. The report is yours either way. If you’d like an estimate for repair or replacement, we’ll provide one with clear pricing and financing options — with zero pressure.

Do you inspect both residential and commercial roofs?

Yes, including flat TPO and torch-down commercial systems as well as residential shingle, tile, and standing-seam metal roofs.
